Material technology


We have developed formulations to make various composite products, including bonding dissimilar wood flour or other natural fibers with plastics. Our composite can utilize a wide range of raw materials, including wood fiber, rice hull, cotton stick, hamp fiber, PE, PP, ABS, and PVC, etc.

Product development technology

We have utilized our expertise and experience to develop composite products to meet customer and market needs. We have multi-disciplinary engineering teams to work on the product development concurrently with production. We have fast turnout for new product development. We have developed extruded, injection molded, blow molded, co-extruded, and co-blow molded WPC products.

High speed and high tolerance production with CAE

We have utilized computer-aided engineering (CAE) tools so that our systems produce up to five times faster than other systems with high dimension tolerance.
