Sylvanix International Inc. products are made from an advanced composite material especially designed to provide years of enjoyment.

Sylvanix International Inc. ("Sylvanix") warrants that each engineered decking system ("the product") will not rot for a period of 15 years from the date of the original consumer purchase from the Authorized Dealer.

The product being used in a residential or commercial structure.
The product being used in accordance with the limitations set out in Sylvanix's Producer Statement and any other use guidelines provided to the purchaser.
The product being installed in accordance with Sylvanix's published installation guidelines.
Wood composite screws are used with the product.
The purchaser providing Sylvanix with the original purchase receipts for both the product and the wood composite screws.

The purchaser completing the ¡°warranty registration form¡± (found on the last page of the Installation Instructions) must return it within 30 days to Sylvanix International Inc.

To the extent permitted by law, Sylvanix's liability to the purchaser of the product for any rot in the product is limited solely and exclusively to the repair or replacement of the rotting product and in no event shall Sylvanix be liable for installation, reinstallation, freight, or any other charge relating to the rotting product. To the extent permitted by law all other warranties, conditions and obligations are specifically excluded.

Furthermore Sylvanix shall have no obligation to the purchaser (or subsequent owner) of the product under this warranty for any damage caused to the product by any act or omission of the purchaser (or subsequent owner), or damage to the product caused by structural building movement, flood, fire, storm, earthquake or other circumstances attributable to an Act of God.

To file a claim under this warranty the original purchaser (or subsequent owner) must send proof of purchase, a picture of the defective product, and a written product description to: Sylvanix International Inc. in New Jersey, USA.

Sylvanix reserves the right to investigate the claim, and arrange for delivery of any replacement product. This warranty may not be altered or amended except by written agreement of Sylvanix and the original purchaser or subsequent owner. No merchant is authorized by Sylvanix to make statements or representations regarding the performance of the product except as contained in this warranty or Sylvanix published information.

Some states of USA do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights which vary from state to state. Warrantor does not make any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness of the product for a particular purpose.
